Hello.

I am writing regarding the website WWW.VIRTISYS.COM that is hosted by
your company. This website appears to be using content that is not
their own without permission, and without properly crediting the
source. My own copyrighted content was used in this way. Per your
instructions on your website, here is the relevant information for my
claim of copyright infringement:

1: An electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person
authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive copyright
that has allegedly been infringed.

5: A statement that the Complaining Party has a good faith belief
that use of the material in the manner complained of is not
authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

I am the copyright holder for the material in question. It is all
original material that I wrote myself, and I posted it on my own
personal weblog on 29 February 2008. The party or parties who posted
it on www.virtisys.com did so without my knowledge or permission.

I understand that making content available on the web, particularly
when I syndicate it using RSS/XML, means that others may easily
obtain and republish my work. However the way that they go about
doing so must protect my rights as a copyright holder, which means
properly crediting me and linking back to the source. Many websites
exist for this very purpose - digg.com, del.icio.us, technorati, etc.
These sites help syndicate blog content in a way that mutually
benefits the publisher/copyright holder and the site performing the
syndication.

The party or parties at www.virtisys.com are NOT engaging in this
type of relationship. They are leveraging other people's content -
including mine - as though it were their own. This is not
syndication, it is STEALING.

I have in no way, implicitly or otherwise, authorized the party or
parties at www.virtisys.com to use my copyrighted content without
properly crediting me as the source and linking back to my original
content.

6: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate,
and under penalty of perjury, that the Complaining Party is the
owner, or is authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an
exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

I affirm that the information in this notification is accurate, and
under penalty of perjury, that the I am the sole owner of the content
named above.
